Frank - Jackson made some passing reference to a few who lob bombs and still have the temerity to question the Obama commitment to environmental protection.

So let me take that bait.

EPA's recent "endangerment" finding under the Clean Air Act (a decision document that was drafted by EPA staffers long ago and forced by the US Supreme Court), was characterized by the Obama folks not as any itent by EPA to actully regualte emissions, but rather as political leverage to get Congress to enact cap and trade legislation. So, given that political game, how is that strategy looking in light of this recent news:
