Environment bills in committee in Trenton - March 10

Bills to boost New Jersey's farm-to-school program dominate the agenda of the Assembly Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee at 2 p.m. today. A likely more controversial measure, involving licenses for the taking of Menhaden, shares the agenda.
